Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping options and costs to the US? We offer the following shipping methods for all orders within the United States:
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (most popular)
- Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0
Note: Free shipping applies automatically when your order qualifies. Delivery times are business days (Monday–Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
How long does it take for my order to process? Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, it may take up to 3 business days.
When will I receive my tracking information? You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@evoleder.com. Once shipped, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders? Yes, we welcome wholesale inquiries. Please email us at wholesale@evoleder.com for more information.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
How do I return an item? Contact our support team at support@evoleder.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
What is the warranty on your keyboards and mice? Most of our products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Do you replace defective items? Yes. If your product is defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge (subject to inspection).
Products & Support
Are your keyboards mechanical? Yes, we offer a wide range of mechanical keyboards with different switches (Red, Blue, Brown, etc.), as well as membrane and hybrid options.
Do your mice work with Mac and Windows? Absolutely. All our mice and keyboards are plug-and-play compatible with Windows, macOS, and most other operating systems.
